This is an abridged version of the original early stage go-to-market handbook, Founding Sales. Since publication, Founding Sales has sold tens of thousands of copies. That said, the original weighs in at 400 plus pages – which is quite exhaustive! This version still shares Pete Kazanjy’s journey and learnings for founders becoming salespeople, but in a much more condensed, summarized, version of the original. It’s still specifically for B2B direct sales models, particularly in B2B SaaS startups bringing new offerings to market.
