Bringing Google Integration Front and Center
Since the launch of its EDLA-certified boards last year, BenQ has expanded its AI-driven teaching capabilities across its product line. The company’s newest interactive displays now also come with integrated Chrome features, no additional hardware required, delivering seamless access to Google Workspace and Gemini AI.
The company will also be showcasing its new BenQ Google OPS, which allows legacy BenQ boards to be upgraded to match the functionality of EDLA-certified models, enjoying the same AI-powered enhancements and streamlined workflows, including Class Tools. The OPS also allows direct accessibility to and device management of student Chromebooks, helping educators maintain visibility and control across classroom devices (integrated boards require a browser login for this feature).
As a Google Partner, BenQ will host Google representatives in the booth during the show to provide expert demos showcasing how the integration enhances learning outcomes and teacher productivity.
Tradeshow attendees will experience BenQ’s most advanced products to date, including:
- BenQ RP04 and RE04 Interactive Displays: Smart, touch-enabled displays with 4K resolution, ClassroomCare™ health features, and integrated InstaShare software™ for instant wireless screen sharing.
- BenQ SL04 Digital Signage: With BenQ X-Sign, users can effortlessly and remotely create, publish, and manage content for all your displays across dynamic campus communications. The SL04 is pantone certified with 95-97% color accuracy in the Rec. 709 color space.
- BenQ InstaShow™ Wireless Collaboration: Embedded across multiple demo units, enabling real-time device mirroring with zero setup, drivers, or software installation. Its AES 128-bit security encryption and the WPA2/WPA3 authentication protocol ensure that intellectual properties remain private and safe.

Secured by AWS: Local, Protected, and Reliable
BenQ’s complete solution suite is uniquely supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring that all data and cloud functionality are secure, localized, and free from penetration issues. As an official AWS Partner, BenQ’s infrastructure is optimized for the modern digital classroom with scalability, reliability, and a privacy-first commitment.
